scrap + scrap = MOC

Sometimes when builders are working on other projects and they just have a bunch of LEGO spread out on the table (or ground) before them they create what are known as tablescraps. To me, tablescraps are basically small models that just seem to come together without much effort or thought and are composed of all the miscellaneous LEGO that is laying around you.

Chris B made this very simple, yet clever, tablescrap entitled Golemn. I love the techniques on this thing.

While looking at Chris’ Photostream some of his other models caught my eye for their complexity on such a small scale.

I love tablescraps because they don’t require lots of LEGO elements and seem to spontaneously make themselves as you play with the bricks. 😉
