LEGO Harry Potter 2010 Sets

by

Happy Valentine’s Day!

On the cusp of the last post pictures are already starting to show up of the new LEGO Harry Potter 2010 line from the New York Toy Fair.

One of the actually new sets is the Weasley’s Burrow

There is of course the obligatory Hogwarts Castle

The funniest thing is the “invisible” cloak. It just makes me smile. πŸ™‚

The “essential” Hogwarts Express

And naturally Hagrid’s Hut

In my opinion this one isn’t as good as the original 2001 set even with its funky plastic roof.

For some reason Freeing Dobby

Another kind of new set is the Quidditch Match

Considering that there hasn’t been any Harry Potter sets for years, the younger generation that didn’t get a chance to purchase the older sets will most likely go crazy for these. Especially with the LEGO Harry Potter Video Game coming out as well. πŸ˜‰

    Wotcher!

I am a Harry Potter blogger, and I have just seen this post due to getting referrals from this page ( possibly related posts ).

I knew that my viewers would go nuts over these beautiful pictures! They are so pretty!

May I please use these in a post? I promise to credit you and link to this blog. Please reply in comment ( I’m afraid I don’t like giving my e-mail out, I know it’s a pain, I’m really sorry!).

    Cheers,

It’s weird as I looked on the lego website for the new Harry Potter sets:
    http://harrypotter.lego.com/en-US/default.aspx
And yet it only shows the new characters yet right at the very bottom is (or was depending on the time my comment is discovered) a silhouette. The others had been silhouettes ad are revealed weekly I believe but after viewing the photos on your site I cannot see any character it could be. I have concidered the fact that it could be another form of Ginny, but why would it have another Ginny and not any other Harry/Ron/Hermione.
Sorry about this – I just felt the need to rant πŸ™‚

I don’t know if you’d be interested or not but I run a website about harry potter spells, film locations, sweets, and everything harry potter related and I would love to do an article about your lego pieces and maybe showcase a few?

Harry Potter Spells – if you want to have a look let me know.

    Thanks
