New BrickForge Prototypes

June 23, 2011

This last weekend at BrickWorld, Armothe of was kind enough to share several new prototypes that will soon be available for purchase. πŸ˜€

BrickForge 1
There are lots of new bottle designs, a martini glass, beakers, and even a spill (or splat as I like to call it).

BrickForge 2
BrickForge also has a new printed Vespa, along with a new gem, and new laser beams. And most exciting of all — 1×1 round tiles!!!!!!!

BrickForge 3
For now, all of these items will only be available in transparent colors, although Armothe himself told me that he is already getting requests for solid colors as well. Please remember these are prototypes, so the final products might be slightly different from the ones seen here.

I certainly look forward to placing my order and I suggest you do the same. πŸ˜‰

BrickForge’s Newest Items

August 25, 2010

In June I previewed some BrickForge prototypes that Armothe showed me at BrickWorld in Chicago. Well at BrickFair he made all these fun and new elements to the LEGO fans and they are now available on

I have to say my favorite is the new Centaur body.

Centaur - Tan

Available in tan, dark tan, and brown they are $4 and very cool!

I also like all the new instruments so that you can actually create your very own LEGO Rock Band
Dixie Brix and the Studs

I picked up a couple of the electric guitars at BrickWorld. They only had them in red and blue though, I would have liked to have gotten one in black. But now I can. πŸ˜‰

There are other new items like the shepherd’s crook, the flintlock pistol, and the ammo pouch. They are all worth a look and add that much more custom-ability to your minifigs.

Active Camo Space Marine

February 3, 2010 has a special offer for this month.

Beginning Feb 2nd orders subtotaling $25 or more will receive an exclusive Trans-Clear Space Marine Armor Set (Armor, Helmet, Visor). Limit one per order. While supplies last. We will not combine shipping of multiple orders.

The trans clear armor is pretty cool but I’m actually more interested in Armothe’s Jackle alien. Its really thinking outside of the box. Using minifig hands and arms to create the body and gun is very interesting. πŸ˜€

BrickForge: Pretty in Pink!

January 10, 2010

Now usually BrickForge and Pink don’t go in the same title. Up till now, the only things that were pink on their site was the pigs, and that’s to be expected.

BrickForge however has decided to get an early jump on Valentine’s — who doesn’t love a MegaGun or Space Marine Armor for their special someone? πŸ˜‰

We thought you’d like to get an early start on Valentines Day so we felt it appropriate to offer up some desirable delicacies. These are limited edition and most likely will not be restocked so pick’em up now!

I have to say I’m tempted, especially by the sheared sheep, it just looks so sad with all its fluffiness taken away (fluffiness not included).

Ah, a box of chocolates, a bouquet of flowers, and an army of Pink Space Troops, the perfect gift for that AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO) in your life. πŸ™‚

Creations for Charity

November 15, 2009

Creations for Charity is a fundraising event where LEGO fans use their building creativity to help a charity organization. Builders can sell their original creations on this Bricklink store, where 100% of the funds raised will go towards buying LEGO sets for underprivileged children. This is our first year of hosting the charity event, and we will donate the LEGO to Toys for Tots.

Please check back often as new creations will be constantly added! If you would like to contribute a creation, please read details here.

This is a great fundrasing event that goes to an even greater cause. πŸ™‚

There are a lot of exclusive models and custom elements you will find no where else including a complete Space Marine collection from Brickforge with exclusive colors

The auctions are for a limited time, so check it out now. πŸ˜‰

This little piggy had a Farm

October 8, 2009

Although not quite as exciting as the new LEGO Atlantis theme, I still think this is note worthy in the fact that LEGO is adding yet another member to the Minifig animal population in 2010.

The image is not as crisp and clear as the Atlantis pics, but you can still plainly see what the set is all about — pigs.

When I saw this on Dano’s photostream I thought about adding it to yesterday’s post but then I decided that it deserved its own post. πŸ™‚

What I think is interesting is that LEGO is following the lead yet again from BrickForge. BrickForge has offered both LEGO compatible cows and pigs as well as sheep for quite a while in several different colors.

The official LEGO version will obviously be different from the BrickForge version but that’s okay, they can just be different breeds. πŸ˜‰

I own several of both the pigs and the sheep and I really like them. I have found BrickForge items to be high quality and worth the cost and I highly recommend them.

To be honest, I don’t usually pay as much attention to BrickForge and BrickArms as some of my male contemporaries for the simple reason that I’m not interested in weapons and armor. So although I do notice when new items are posted on Brothers Brick or Eurobricks I don’t always post them here.

One of the newest items that BrickForge has available for sale now that I think is quite fun — the mushroom.

Apparently the red ones were so popular that they are already out of stock! Hopefully they will get more soon.

BrickForge also has those fun scooters that have been popping up lately in several MOCs (my own creations). πŸ˜€

Everyone who has one seems to enjoy them, in fact I’ll probably order some myself pretty soon. I’m looking forward to the LEGO City Farm in 2010, but I’ll make do with my BrickForge ones till then. πŸ˜‰

New accessories from Brickforge

March 19, 2009

New Brickforge Realeses, originally uploaded by .Kaupuan..

Brickforge, your friendly neighborhood LEGO compatible weapons and accessories supplier has just released a whole slew fun and nifty batch of things for your Minifig to hold.

If you are not familiar with Brickforge. It provides weapons, helmets and accessories that are compatible with LEGO and maintain the same standards of quality. I recommend Brickforge, along with Brickarms. Both have high quality products that compliment your LEGO collection.

As for the new accessories: the tribal spears, tribal sword and crowbars look pretty neat. I really like the Sorcerer Staff.

One that I find rather interesting is the Microphone. LEGO actually produced a microphone a few years ago for the Belville line. But at the same time, this one does look more like the real thing. πŸ˜‰
