“Did someone call for IT support?”

" did someone call for IT support ? "

Okay, this isn’t really a build per se, but it is one of my new favorite minifigs — Terabyte from the new Ultra Agents Set 70165 — I just need to get the set (or buy him off bricklink).

Legoagogo created this fun pic. I think the stacks of 1×1 transparent red plates in the background really make this pic pop!

And I love Terabyte’s torso design. Why does LEGO keep making cool minifigs that are in expensive sets? πŸ˜€

Pac Man Fever

Ben Fleskes has way too many bricks and time. Just kidding. πŸ˜€ Being a child of the 80s myself, I actually think this is pretty cool.

I don’t get as much time to build as I used to, but here is one thing I came up with: A table top arcade game with a Jamma 48-1 printed circuit board, ATX power supply and Samsung 19” flat panel monitor. It plays many of the classic 80s arcade games like Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Xevious, Space Invaders and many others.

The inside mechanics look almost as interesting.

Going Retro — The 8-bit Basement

Ah the memories . . .:D

Just looking at this brings me back to my childhood. I can here the pitchy music, feel the controller in my hand, and all those games we thought were so awesome.

Alex Eylar aka Profound Whatever created this:

It began as a graffiti-style project illustrating my first name (there is still a vague A-L-E-X pattern to it), and turned into a smorgasbord of 80s references.

I think my favorite part is how the digital figures seem to be breaking through a wall. Perhaps there’s some deep message . . . or maybe its just cool looking. πŸ˜‰
